Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping costs €4.95. Free shipping applies to all orders over €75 worldwide — no minimum per country.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery follows in 4 to 10 business days worldwide.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Maison Amévie ships globally — including the Netherlands, all EU countries, the United States, Canada, Australia and the UAE. Every order is fully tracked and insured.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email shop@maisonamevie.com with your order number and reason for return. After approval, you will receive a return label with instructions. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order upon receipt. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@maisonamevie.com so we can resolve it without delay.

What sizes do you offer?

How does Maison Amévie sizing run?
Our pieces are true to size. Any exceptions — pieces that run slightly larger or smaller — are noted on the individual product page. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
